Mova wet and dry
I got my wet and dry vacuum a couple of months ago and it no longer mops. The roller doesnt even get wet or anything but the suction feature still works and pick up dirt. It just doesnt mop. I tried changing the water tank, resetting it, self cleaning. Nothing works i called the customer service number they just sent me a link for this page. How can i grt this fixed?

The clean does not wet the pads nor does it send dirty water to the dirty tank. How do I resolve this? Submit.

My unit started mopping once it was in a scheduled mode. Don’t know why, but that seems to have fixed it.
