I have my robot set to high frequency, since we have a dog, that way it will return to empty the dust bin several times when working. However, it’s not doing it. Today it vacuumed two rooms and never went to empty once. I had to stop it, to force it to go back and empty. Support just told me to send a video.

  I’m having the exact same problem. I still haven’t received an email on how to fix it.
