I have the same problem. Brand new out of the box and now the battery is dead. I called customer service and that was a joke. About to return because of lack of customer service

I am having the same exact issue. Brand new, got it yesterday and its not docking. If I manually put it on the dock, it will charge but nothing else.

I’ve been having this same issue since it was brand new. I have found that rebooting it by turning it off and then back on  complete a cleaning cycle maybe 60% of the time if I’m lucky

My problem was resolved.  I moved it to a completely different room, even though it was already in a wide open space   I cleared the cache and started it completely over   Fixed my problem and it is awesome!!!

How did you clear the cache?

Same problem I’m having after two months of good cleaning. I restarted factory fresh and still have the same problem. Won’t complete one clean. Just stops. When I put it in the dock battery says 15% and starts charging.

How do you also “reset the cache?”

I did get an email saying they were having difficulty with the holidays . They asked me to do a couple of resetting attempts which I tried and this was via two other emails. They promptly then sent me an RMA label to return just a robot. I have to do that now. I’m outside the return window so this  is a warranty  repair.

I’m having the same issue! I’ve had it for a couple months. It worked great out of the box. Now the battery is draining faster than normal and it won’t return to the dock to recharge. I come home to find it in random parts of the house turned off. I’ve factory reset it but that did not fix the issue. I expected it to last longer than a couple months for how much I paid for it.

An update- they looked over my robot and said the battery was not holding charge. They replaced it and I am waiting for the return. Hope it works this time.

Another update. I got the unit back after the battery was replaced. I tested it today. Working perfectly again. Let’s hope it lasts.

Go to the very bottom on the app and tap “me”.  Go to settings and then general. The very last choice is clear cache.  Hope this helps.
