Need help

Does anyone get a response or help from customer service? I had several questions on my initial call and all I got was that I’d receive an email.  Which I did, but basically only acknowledged that I called. Does anyone get satisfactory help from this company? 
My mova is brand new.  I should not be having these issues.  Please help
