Mova p10 pro ultra corrupted the map

When the map data became corrupt, I proceeded to erase it as the robot only left the base and was circling, now that it asks me to perform a quick mapping, the same thing happens.

Try resetting the factory and even deleting the app and reconfiguring everything.
