P50 Ultra Pro Defective

I recently received my Mova P50 yesterday, set it up with no issue. Charged it overnight and started vacuuming with it this morning.
Within 15 minutes of it's initial vacuuming the omnidirectional wheel literally fell apart.
I paid a good amount of money for this vacuum because I was under the impression this was a superior robotic vacuum/mop, based on reviews on YouTube Vacuum Wars. I am disappointed and angry.
This is a huge inconvenience and not a quality product.
I expect some kind of resolution to this issue to be very timely in happening.
I initially called the number in the paper manual, on page 29, 866-977-5177. Guess what - that is not the number for MOVA, its the number for Dreami. When I called the number they could not give me the number for MOVA. I did find it in the app.
