    Dear Customer, 

    Thank you for reaching out to Mova. 

    According to your feedback, the machine relocates after coming out of the base station. Please check according to the following: 

    1. Confirm whether the firmware version of the machine APP is the latest version. If not, please update to the latest firmware; 

    2. Check whether the top and shell of the lidar are clean. Wipe the top and shell of the lidar with a clean soft cloth to ensure that there is no dust, water stains or sundries.

    3. Avoid the interference of strong light or reflective environment. The robot may be abnormal in direct sunlight or on highly reflective ground (such as glass, mirror floor). Please test in normal light environment 

    4. Reset the robot, unplug the power line of the base station and restart it, reconnect to the network for mapping, and observe whether the machine is normal after performing a new cleaning task.
