Lidar not functioning

Went to map for the first time robot spins and tries to move but is blind tried troubleshooting clean lidar press and make sure it rebounds and firmware as well as factory reset. Awaiting contact from tech support so they can diagnose I also activated my account on this chat I hope we can fix the issue I’d rather not return the item.
