    Hello, please follow the troubleshooting steps below. If the issue still persists, please contact us(please send an email to support@mova-tech.com, or you can contact our after-sales team via the hotline <+1 (888) 308-6159> (Mon. to Sun. 9:00–18:00 EDT))or leave your contact details, and we will arrange repair or replacement(within 30 days) for you. 

    • Please wipe the four cliff sensors on the bottom of the robot with a clean cloth, then start a cleaning task and check whether it works properly.
    • Please reset the robot, reconnect it to the network, recreate the map, then start a cleaning task and check whether the issue is resolved.
