    Hello, please follow the troubleshooting steps below. If the issue still persists, please contact us(please send an email to support@mova-tech.com, or you can contact our after-sales team via the hotline <+1 (888) 308-6159> (Mon. to Sun. 9:00–18:00 EDT))or leave your contact details, and we will arrange a replacement with a new machine for you.

    • Please check whether the dust bin is full or if the dust bin filter is clogged. If so, clean it in time.
    • Please check whether the main brush is tangled with debris or foreign objects. If so, remove and clean the main brush.
    • Please check whether the robot’s dust inlet is blocked by foreign objects. If so, clean it to ensure smooth airflow.
    • If the suction level is set too low, please switch to a higher suction level for better cleaning performance. Kindly set the suction mode to “Turbo Mode” (or “Max Mode”).
