I recently changed the original side brush and since then it periodically co.es off

Is this happening to anyone else?

Any suggestions?

Hello! We recommend that you try replacing the side brush with a new one and install it correctly. If it still comes off, it may indicate a fault with the robot’s side brush motor. In that case, you can contact our customer service to arrange a return for repair.
